Long before I created a single mosaic mirror, I had found this charming 2-tiered table on the side of the road. The layers of old paint were so deep and uneven, that I had decided to try my hand at mosaic to bring it back to life. This was a new form of creative freedom I had not found in flat, printed pieces.

Materials include:
Fine bone, and gold filigree china, backstamps (the logos under the china), vitreous glass, and a small dish displaying a home in the mountains typical of my Austrian background.
